Imhotep

Jan 4, 03:33 PM

Imhotep (2650-2600 BC) was an Egyptian polymath, who served under the Third Dynasty king, Djoser, as chancellor to the pharaoh and high priest of the sun god Ra at Heliopolis. He is considered to be the first engineer, architect and physician in history known by name.

We think the mormons may have wasted the effort to save Imhotep so that he can become a god. The ancient Egyptians believed that his mother was a goddess, or half-goddess, and they later deified him in their own mythology. Maybe they did it just because they are fans of The Mummy.
